Open letter from the resident crew of the Gorch Fock

went some time ago some very unpleasant news about the Gorch Fock, their captain and the officer cadets on board through the media. I myself have a few blog entries about it more deeply excited, and my outrage fueled primarily from second and third reports, which beat into the groove of the "evil of the evil captain and crew," but except for lurid headlines only conjecture, hearsay and were able to present insulted liver sausage. About PICTURE BLOG and "Six to nine" I came yesterday on the side of the mirror Fechter, who then published a letter from the resident crew of the Gorch Fock. Just by the good number of clicks by a PICTURE BLOG-linking almost all of my (German) visitors are familiar with this report, read or heard about. Nevertheless, also in solidarity with the crew of the Gorch Fock, I would like to publish the open letter here. Ninety-five percent of the examples in the letter relate to what I've already thought of the rest time I press a blind eye. Dear Sir,

want this letter we, as a resident crew to the claims that are circulating in the press comment. Furthermore, this letter is to be expressed and signs, as it is much the crew behind their commander.

The accident of our comrade in Salvador was a hard blow for all and not easy process. This has to be able to clearly determine the condition of the crew, especially among the soldiers directly involved in the rigging and on deck. It is therefore incomprehensible to us to hear comments that our trainers described as slave-driver. This is a slap in the face of everyone here on board and character assassination!
